Warm-up

A2 Bench Press 5x6 @ 65kg

B1 Zgibovi (nadhvat) 4x6 @ bw
B2 Skull Crushers 4x6 @ šipka + 18kg

C1 Dead Bug 4x15
C2 Swiss Ball Crunches 2x10-15

Zadnje rame 4x20 @ 3kg

HIIT bicikla (40-20) 12 min.

Deadlift+bench me ubilo, baš sam potrefio kilaže. Kila više i failao bi zadnji krug. Zgibove jadnički radio sa pauzama kao što ninja radi deadlift.
