Pull over sajlom 3xmax. @ 15kg + drop set
Meadows barbell curls 4x3xmax.
Biceps curls 4xmax. @ 6kg + drop sets
Biceps pregib obrnuti hvat 4x20
Solidan trening. Kusić se divio mom mind-muscle skillu. Lopatica i dalje jebe i to baš jako. Osjećam stalni pritisak na zadnje rame.
