Trčanje 1000m

Lopatica opet žulja. Rastresen zbog gluposti, slab fokus. Neka mala mi drugi dan zaredom sjebala trening i morao sam okrneut redosljed vježbi. Digao malo kilažu na triceps pushdown i dosta ispumpao triceps ali opet slabašni pump.
