A1 Sjedeći biceps curls 5xmax. @ 7.5kg + drop set
A2 Lying dumbell extension 5xmax. @ 7.5kg + drop set

Cable reverse pressdown 7x10-8 @ 5kg + drop set

C1 Biceps pregib obrnuti hvat 4xmax. @ 10kg
C2 Behind back wrist curls 4xmax. @ 25kg + drop set

Arnold press 4x10-15 @ 5kg
Deadbug 4x10

Hodanje na kosoj traci 20min.

Lagana upala u nogama od jučer. Danas dosta solidan trening, fini pump u rukama. Oprezno probao odradit Arnold pressa malo. Lopatica ne boli ali vidjeti ću narednih par dana.
