Pullover 3xmax. @ 15kg + drop set
Veslanje na sajli 3xmax. @ 50kg + drop set
Biceps curls - šipka 4-5xmax. @ 7.5kg
Hammer curls 4xmax. @ 6kg
Pregib šipkom - nadhvat 4x20 @ 10kg
Dobar trening, dobar pump. Produžit malo pauze na lat mašini pa ih postepeno kresat dole.
