Cottage cheese and soft boiled eggs

I ate this for years and it was my favorite meal of the day (over chicken breast and cabbage).

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put eggs in cold water and put on heat for 8 minutes (or until water starts boiling + 3 more minutes)
  2. Break eggs from shell and scoop into dish
  3. Add in cheese and stir until evenly mixed
  4. Add condiments
