Cottage cheese and soft boiled eggs
I ate this for years and it was my favorite meal of the day (over chicken breast and cabbage).
- 3-4 eggs
- 250g cheese (Milbona)
- Put eggs in cold water and put on heat for 8 minutes (or until water starts boiling + 3 more minutes)
- Break eggs from shell and scoop into dish
- Add in cheese and stir until evenly mixed
- Add condiments
